Integrations
No migration. No SDK. Works with your existing workflow.
Connect Slack and GitHub (for Suggest Fix & PRs) in Account; CloudWatch, Loki, and PagerDuty coming soon.
How it works
Available now & coming soon
Slack — App & Bot
Add the bot to your incident channel for in-channel summaries and a "View RCA" link. Or paste a thread link or copy war-room threads to get clear root-cause analysis fast. In-channel triggers are live: /rescue and @ProdRescue AI mention.
GitHub — Fix & PR
Connect your repository in Account settings. ProdRescue uses it for Suggest Fix: AI proposes code changes from incident evidence and can create a GitHub issue or PR.
CloudWatch — Logs
Export logs from AWS CloudWatch and get auto-structured incident analysis with timeline and root cause.
Grafana Loki — Logs
Paste Loki log excerpts into ProdRescue and get structured documentation and RCA in minutes.
PagerDuty — Alerts
Incidents and alerts from PagerDuty are auto-included in your incident timeline and RCA context for a single source of truth.
Get started with Slack
Add the ProdRescue bot to your incident channel for in-channel summaries and a "View RCA" link — or connect your workspace and analyze incidents from war-room threads.
Add to SlackSetup takes about 30 seconds. No migration required.
How to invite the bot to a channel
- 1.Sign in to ProdRescue, click Add to Slack above, and authorize your workspace.
- 2.In Slack, open your incident channel (e.g.
#prod-alerts). - 3.Type
/invite @ProdRescue AIand send. The bot will join the channel. - 4.Once added, the bot posts incident summaries and a "View RCA" link when incidents are shared.
Switched to a new Slack workspace?
ProdRescue can only post to the workspace you authorized. If you opened a new workspace but had connected Slack with an old one, "Post to Slack" will still target the old workspace (and may fail). Fix: go to Account → Slack → Disconnect, then Add to Slack again and authorize the new workspace.
How to get the Channel ID (for Post to Slack)
When posting a report to Slack, you need the channel ID of the channel where the bot is already invited. Easiest way:
- 1.In Slack, open that same channel (the one where you ran
/invite @ProdRescue AI). - 2.Right-click the channel name (in the sidebar or in the channel header) → Copy → Copy link.
- 3.The link looks like
workspace.slack.com/archives/C0AKPEB6D37. The part afterarchives/(e.g.C0AKPEB6D37) is the channel ID. Paste that into the "Channel ID" field when posting analysis results.
